Get your sweat on!

Working out. You either love it or hate it. Up until the past few years.. I hung out on the side of hating it. I didn't like to sweat and really.. how could getting all uncomfortable be appealing? Come on, I know I"m not the only one who feels that way. It's wayy more comfortable to sit on the couch. And honestly, that's what most of us do. We're busy, we have better things to do and it's never the right time. Afterall, why would anyone want to get up an hour early, just to sweat. haha  I get it. I've been there. However, I want to shed some light on this topic. While it's hard to get into a good routine, if you can get past the initial suck of a workout you WILL feel better afterwards. You will feel accomplished, refreshed and most likely eager to do it again. It's getting into a routine that is the hardest part. Working out not only burns more calories, it increases endorphins in our body that make us happier. We feel better about ourselves and the world around us. It's TRUE! That's why you see so many crazy fitness people posting it up on Facebook. It has changed their life and they want everyone to know the awesomeness that comes with it.
